Where is my massage taking place?
As The London Elite Massage offers mobile massage services, your booking will take place at your residential address or a hotel room. We also provide office massages, which will take place at your office, with massage chairs provided by our company.

How much will my massage cost?
Our basic treatment starts at £50 and takes place in a 60 minutes interval. We reward our customers with regular discounts or gift vouchers, so make sure you check your inbox for promotional offers.

What are your opening hours?
The London Elite Massage is open for bookings Monday to Sunday, 9:00am to 11:00pm. However, each therapist provides their own time schedule, and their availability during the day depends on how busy they are. The booking system updates automatically, in real-time, so make sure to check it in order to see if the therapist is available.

How fast can the therapist get to me?
At London Elite Massage, we strive to be able to respond quickly and efficiently. Our aim is to be with you in one hour from the confirmation of your booking. However, if there are any unforeseen travel delays, your therapist will keep you informed via text messages.

What is the cancellation policy?
We understand that unpredictable circumstances may arise. Please note that as soon as you book a therapist, her availability is reserved for you for the duration of your session plus the travelling time, before and after your booking. This means the therapist is unable to be booked by anyone else. We ask that you provide us with at least 3 hours notice to cancel your booking. The best way to cancel is to contact your therapist or our company, and we will take the steps necessary in cancelling. However, should you cancel less than 1 hour before your session is due, we require a £30 cancellation fee, in order to cover travel costs and time loss for the therapist.

Do I need to provide anything for my massage?
Our therapists will bring to you high quality almond, grape seed or safflower oil, relaxing music and the knowledge they need for the best massage you ever had. As this is a mobile service, for hygiene reasons, we ask all our clients to provide their own towels for the massage and for covering and protecting the furniture from oil.

Do our therapists carry massage tables?
Our therapists are trained to perform massages on the bed or on the floor. However, if you find it essential to have a massage table, please contact us and we will arrange one for you. For travelling reasons, we require a 24 hours notice and a £10 fee in order to arrange a massage table.

Do I need to inform the therapist on my medical condition?
We aim to help you achieve wellbeing and relaxation. Please take the time to inform your therapist if you have any medical conditions, allergies, surgeries. Also, please notify her is you are aware on any heart conditions, if you are pregnant and if you have consumed alcohol in the last 24 hours.

Should I eat and/or drink before my massage?
It is not recommended to have a massage on a full stomach. In order to reach total relaxation for body and mind, please eat at least one hour prior to your booking and try to avoid consuming alcohol.

What is the appropriate clothing during my session?
Most massages are traditionally performed with the client unclothed. However, you may decide what amount of clothing you prefer to wear to your own comfort. If you decide to have your massage performed in the nude, please make sure you provide enough towels for your therapist to keep you draped and warm. Only the area of the body that is worked on will be kept exposed. Please note that private areas are to be covered at all times during the session.

What is the right massage type?
If you are at your first appointment with our therapists, we recommend you start with the Swedish massage. The therapist can advise you if you need more pressure in specific areas, or if you can benefit from other styles of massage. Feel free to discuss with us, before booking, as our call centre is trained to answer any questions you might have.

Should I tell my therapist I am not happy with the pressure?
Please address your therapist if you have any discomfort. Our therapist is there to relax you. If you require less or more pressure, if you feel pain, if the room is too hot, or too cold, do let your therapist know and she will make sure to adapt her pressure to your liking.

How often should I have a massage?
At London Elite Massage, we understand what hectic life means: tending to family and work, running errands, travelling for business. But for your own wellbeing and health, we strongly recommend receiving a massage once a week.

Are there any side effects to massage?
One of the first effects of massage is the release of toxins. You might feel a little dizzy or even suffer a headache after your session. These are natural reactions which you should not worry about. We recommend drinking lots of water to decrease these symptoms. Feeling soreness in your muscles the next day is also natural – imagine a good session at the gym, only someone else worked with your muscles.

What if my body is responding to the therapist’s touch?
There is no reason to be embarrassed. It is common that men may get an erection during a massage. Touch administered to any area of the body can activate parts of your nervous system and cause such a reaction. Your therapist is professionally trained, understands this and will ignore it. Please note that absolutely no sexual requests will be tolerated and will be reported to the police.

What are the payment methods?
The most common payment method is cash, in pounds sterling, directly to your therapist. We also approve bank transfers, and online payments via Paypal. Please note that for any other payment method than cash, we require 24 hour notice, so that the transfer shows in our books. We may accommodate cash payments in other currencies. Please contact us if you wish to pay in Euro or USD for an accurate quote.

Can I tip my therapist?
The tip is perceived as your appreciation for the service you received. It is entirely up to you to do so, if the massage exceeded your expectations.
